A huge thank you to local businesses who have made Christmas brighter for our children, young people, individuals and families this Christmas.

CareSouth would like to thank our wonderful local business supporters across our regions for their generosity this Christmas. A number of businesses have come on board to support us with gifts, monetary donations and non-perishable food items for our children and families in need. This includes children and young people living in out-of-home care, local families doing it tough, homeless youth and individuals and families living with disability.

Westpac Business Banking are a regular giver to CareSouth, this Christmas donating funds raised from their annual golf day as well as a treasure trove of gifts. Ray White in Berry, the Berry Rotary Club, Horizon Credit Union in Nowra, and The Discovery Space in Wollongong, all ran gift collection points for CareSouth that have gone to children and young people in our programs. Staff at Stauff Corporation decided to give gifts to those in need rather than give each other a Secret Santa gift. The staff at Herron Todd White decided to combine a charitable theme with their annual Christmas party and delivered gifts donated by staff along with a $500 donation. The Mayor Jo Gash’s Giving Box also donated toys while Joyce Mayne in Nowra is collecting monetary donations for homeless youth supported by CareSouth’s Specialist Youth Support Service.

Thank you to all our supporters. Together we can make a difference.
