Here at CareSouth we have a wellness initiative each month to draw our attention to issues surrounding not just our industry and sector but our well-being, and communities we live in.

It is an opportunity to learn something new, raise awareness and support others in our workplace and network. For March’s focus we are raising awareness on violence against women and how we all can play a park in helping change the statistics.

There are many forms of violence and bullying that impact people, these include, verbal, social, physical and sexual.

So do you know where the line is?

Everyone in the workplace both women and men have the right to have a harassment free work and social environment. To help you better understand where the line is and also give some ideas about how to take action as a bystander.
